Signature Kitchen Suite Delivers Culinary Precision with Expanded 'Sous Vide' Integration in 2019

The sequel to Signature Kitchen Suite’s industry-first 48-inch pro range with built-in sous vide is the new 36-inch dual fuel, sous-vide pro range designed to provide more versatility for forward-thinking Technicurean™ home chefs. The new range is among a number of new kitchen appliances unveiled at the 2019 Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS), North America’s premier annual event dedicated to the kitchen and bath industry (Booth #C5907).

Once limited to the pros, sous-vide is a cooking technique that utilizes precise temperature control to deliver consistent, restaurant-quality results. Also new in 2019 is Signature Kitchen Suite’s first microwave drawer with a sleek glass touch finish and a new dishwasher that is Wi-Fi enabled and includes PowerSteam™ technology to thoroughly, yet gently, clean everything from baked-on pans to delicate stemware. Later this year, Signature Kitchen Suite also will introduce redesigned single- and double- wall ovens with pro-style knobs, steam functionality, flush mount capabilities as well as a sharper angle design that allows for a more modern and professional look.

Food preservation and maintaining the integrity of fresh food take priority with Signature Kitchen Suite’s 24-inch Integrated Column Refrigerator and Freezer both with 13.9 cubic feet of storage capacity as well as the 30-inch Integrated Column Freezer with 17.8 cubic-foot storage capacity.
