NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE SWEEPSTAKES.
To be eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and be a resident of the United States. This Sweepstakes is void wherever else restricted or prohibited. Employees of LG Electronics USA, Inc., Innocean Worldwide Americas, related companies, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and agents and any agencies or other companies involved in the development or execution of the Sweepstakes or production or distribution of Sweepstakes materials, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members and associates of each are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
To be eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes you must also have a valid, public Instagram account. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the Instagram account at the time the entry is submitted. Automatic entry devices are prohibited.

3. Agreement To Official Rules
By participating in the Signature Kitchen Suite Sous Vide Week Instagram Giveaway, hereafter referred to as the “Sweepstakes”, entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Whether an entrant receives a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Entrants must comment on any Sous Vide Week feed post on the official Signature Kitchen Suite Instagram account (@sksappliances) with a valid response to the question “what would you like to sous vide if you had the chance?” The comment must also include the hashtag #SweepstakesEntry. Entrants must also follow @sksappliances and tag two valid Instagram accounts within the comment, all during the specified Sweepstakes Period (see below).
All Entries must: 1) Be the original creation of the Entrant; 2) Not infringe on any third-party rights; 3) Be suitable for publication as determined at the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor; 4) Not include, obscenity, profanity, racist themes or material that is sexually oriented or comments regarding sexual orientation, explicit, suggestive or exploits people in a sexual or violent manner; and 5) Not contain other brands’ name, labels or logos. Any Entry deemed inappropriate for any reason, as determined at the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, will not be considered. In order to be entered into the Sweepstakes, the Entrant must comply with the Entry instructions and each Entry submitted must meet the eligibility criteria outlined above. Once submitted, an Entry cannot be modified. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned and shall become the property of the Sponsor.
Sponsor and its designees shall have the unrestricted and non-exclusive right to edit, adapt, publish, copy, display, perform, broadcast, modify, and otherwise use any or all entry materials, alone or in combination with other material in any and all media, whether now known or later discovered, in perpetuity, without restriction of any kind whatsoever, without further compensation to the entrant or anyone else. Sponsor reserves the right to review any such Entry prior to any posting, to remove any Entry at any time after posting, and to remove any incidental material that could be deemed infringing where doing so would not materially alter the Entry and where the Entrant otherwise clearly intended to comply with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor. Potential winners may be required to execute an assignment all rights in entry to Sponsor without additional compensation. Entries may become visible to the public via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest platforms and are subject to the usage terms of that platform. Entries will be deemed posted at the direction of the Entrant within the meaning of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and the Communications Decency Act.
Each entry, as deemed acceptable by the Sponsor Sweepstakes Team, will count as one (1) entry for the Sweepstakes. Entrants may submit as many entries as they would like.
Four (4) winners will be chosen at random by Sponsor to receive one (1) of the following prizes, as detailed below. Winners will be chosen at random from entrants on Instagram at the end of the Promotion Period. (See section 6 below).
All participants acknowledge and agree that they are participating in the Sweepstakes for free and without having to make any purchase or payment of any kind.
The decisions on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes by the Sponsor Sweepstakes Team are final. The potential winners will be contacted within one business day after winners determination, via Instagram Direct Message. Winners must respond to DM within 48 hours of notification to provide contact information or forfeit their prize. Potential winners must respond via Direct Message within ten (10) calendar days with all requested information to confirm eligibility of prize. Potential winners may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, release of liability, and except where prohibited, publicity release within five (5) calendar days of notification. Noncompliance with this time period may result in disqualification and award of prize to an alternate winner. If a potential winner cannot be reached, is found to be ineligible, cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, or if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, that potential winner will be disqualified and prize may be awarded to an alternate winner. If any eligible winner is deemed a minor under the laws of his or her state or province of residence, any necessary prize claim documents must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.

The Sweepstakes Promotion Period is Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at 12:00PM ET to Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at 12:00PM ET.
Four (4) winners will be selected at random on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 to win one (1) of the prizes as detailed here:

Winners may not request substitutions of prize winnings or compensation for leftover value. Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, substitute prizes of equal or greater value or cash.
Winners are responsible for paying all costs, fees and expenses related to the prize and or its use. including, but not limited to, all federal, state, provincial and local taxes, if any, and any other expenses that might reasonably be incurred by the winner in receiving or using the prize. TOTAL ARV FOR ALL PRIZES: $550. The ARV of prizes is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules and the date the prize is awarded or redeemed.

The Released parties are not responsible for : (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrant, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. By participating in the Sweepstakes, the participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules. These rules will be interpreted by Sponsor’s sole discretion, and all determinations made pursuant to these rules by Sponsor are final and binding.
By accepting a prize, the winner grants Sponsor the right to use the winner’s name, voice, signature, video, photo and likeness for advertising, publicity, promotional and other purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter devised, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law.

EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED, ENTRANT AGREES THAT: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION, AND EXCLUSIVELY BY THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF NEW JERSEY OR THE APPROPRIATE NEW JERSEY STATE COURT LOCATED IN BERGEN COUNTY; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, INCLUDING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, BUT IN NO EVENT ATTORNEYS’ FEES; AND (3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED. ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES, OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE ENTRANT AND SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, SHALL BE GOVERNED BY, AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OR CONFLICT OF LAW RULES (WHETHER OF THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY OR ANY OTHER JURISDICTION), WHICH WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF THE LAWS OF ANY JURISDICTION OTHER THAN THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY. ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, the participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules. These rules will be interpreted by Sponsor’s sole discretion, and all determinations made pursuant to these rules by Sponsor are final and binding.
By accepting a prize, the winner grants Sponsor the right to use the winner’s name, voice, signature, video, photo and likeness for advertising, publicity, promotional and other purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter devised, throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission, except where prohibited by law.
All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor may, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and in its sole discretion, change these rules or cancel, modify, terminate or suspend the Sweepstakes at any time and for any reason.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
